Muay Thai is referred to as "Thai boxing", is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. Members to bring / purchase their own shin pads & gloves for use.

This class is suited for everyone looking at trying out a session before signing up. We incorporate a mixture of martial arts in one session, limited to 20 per class.
