PRIMAL This class is Ideal for weight loss and great for getting fit. A high intensity circuit base class using weights and repetitive movements. Training for combat sports such as MMA, BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, Kickboxing, and Boxing requires a great range of attributes. Unlike a power lifter or a marathon runner, focusing on strength or endurance alone won’t cut it. MMA workouts rarely use isolation movements, and instead go for compound movements.
